Enterprise Performance Management Director

We're partnering with a newly public organization to hire an Enterprise Performance Management Director who will shape the future of enterprise reporting, planning, and financial governance.
This is a highly visible leadership role where you'll partner directly with executive finance and technology leaders, including the Chief Accounting Officer, Corporate Controller, FP&A leadership, and CIO, to build a best-in-class Enterprise Performance Management environment. You'll lead strategic initiatives across financial consolidation, planning, reporting, master data governance, and finance transformation.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategy and roadmap for the company's Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) ecosystem.
- Drive continuous improvement across financial consolidation, planning, forecasting, budgeting, and management reporting.
- Partner with Finance and IT leadership to optimize Tagetik and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) while supporting future enhancements.
- Develop enterprise reporting standards and governance that improve consistency, visibility, and decision-making.
- Oversee financial master data governance, including chart of accounts, entities, cost centers, and organizational structures.
- Lead complex cross-functional finance transformation initiatives from requirements gathering through implementation.
- Improve financial close, consolidation, forecasting, and reporting processes through automation and technology.
- Support acquisition integrations by creating scalable, repeatable financial reporting processes.
- Influence executive stakeholders and drive organizational change across multiple business units.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence throughout Finance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
- 10-15 years of progressive experience leading large-scale Finance transformation or Enterprise Performance Management initiatives.
- Strong background in Finance, FP&A, Accounting, or Financial Systems.
- Deep experience with Tagetik, OneStream, Hyperion FCCS, SAP BPC, or similar consolidation platforms.
- Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) or comparable enterprise planning and reporting solutions.
- Proven success leading enterprise-wide finance system implementations and process improvements.
- Strong understanding of financial consolidation, planning, budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and governance.
- Experience partnering with executive leadership and influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
- Consulting experience combined with corporate finance leadership is highly desirable.
