Job summary

HighRadius in Houston seeks a Principal Payments Product Manager to own the end-to-end vision, roadmap, and execution for our B2B merchant card processing and ACH networks. You will shape gateway architecture, drive data-driven improvements, and align with enterprise clients to optimize cash flow and reduce processing costs.

This IC leadership role requires hands-on analytics, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to bridge Sales, Consulting, and Engineering.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in technical Product Management, with 5+ years in processing networks or related infra.
• Experience with data parsing scripts, SQL, and API design, plus mapping data schemas to ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
• Strong client-facing consulting or sales engineering background with executive-level communication.
• Proven ability to cultivate partnerships with payment processors, card networks, and acquiring banks.
• Cross-functional collaboration across sales, marketing, consulting, and support.
• High EQ to balance fast-paced targets, engineering sprints, and compliance constraints.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute end-to-end payments strategy for enterprise clients.
• Architect API-first gateway topology with PCI-DSS compliance.
• Lead cross-functional alignment across Sales, Consulting, and Support.
• Demonstrate gateway capabilities to CFOs/CIOs/Treasurers.
