Job summary

AWC is seeking a Senior Order Management Process Owner to own the quote-to-order-to-fulfillment lifecycle as we prepare for a new ERP environment. You will define processes, establish governance, and drive adoption across Sales Operations, Customer Operations, and IT to minimize friction for customers and teams.

The role requires 8-12+ years in order management and related functions, with a strong focus on data quality, process documentation, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver

Qualifications

• 8-12+ years of experience in Order Management, Sales Operations, Customer Operations, Business Process Ownership, Operations Excellence, ERP readiness, or related functions.
• Strong understanding of quote-to-order, order-to-cash, customer fulfillment, and ERP-enabled processes.
• Proven ability to own enterprise business processes, establish governance, clarify decision rights, influence senior stakeholders, and drive adoption across cross-functional teams.
• Experience developing process documentation, workflow maps, business requirements, KPIs, and operational reporting.
• Strong analytical, facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills to translate challenges into scalable designs.
• Working knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, BPM, ERP implementations, workflow automation, or related environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the enterprise quote-to-order-to-fulfillment process model, including workflow standards, governance, and accountability for execution.
• Build and maintain process documentation, workflow maps, requirements, handoff definitions, and operating standards.
• Identify and resolve ownership gaps, friction, data defects, handoffs, inefficiencies, and risks
• Partner with Sales Ops, Customer Ops, Inside/Outside Sales, Order Management, Supply Chain, IT, and PDML to improve workflows and accountability.
• Prescribe process requirements before ERP configuration decisions to minimize manual intervention and friction.
• Lead change management for process improvements, ERP readiness activities, workflow automation, and approvals.
• Develop metrics, reporting, and root-cause insights translating issues into measurable improvements.
