Position Requirements

1. Education and Experience
2. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited four-year college or university. Preferred fields include Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Architectural, or Industrial Engineering. Engineering technology degrees will also be considered if accompanied by relevant energy efficiency experience.
3. At least 4 years of experience in the energy efficiency industry.
4. Experience with energy efficiency programs is preferred.
5. Strong understanding of how building, home, and process systems affect energy consumption.
