Your role and responsibilities
  1. Provide oversight of the FM Supplier and their service delivery team to ensure ongoing delivery consistency with the terms of their contract scope of work and service level agreement.
  2. Monitor and evaluate the FM Supplier's knowledge of systems and services.
  3. Administer the contract scope, SLAs, and KPIs with the service provider across the portfolio.
  4. Manage within the allocated budget.
  5. Technically support the mechanic/electric teams.
  6. Provide recommendations to optimize systems operation.
  7. Work with your manager to prioritize spend itemization and priorities.
  8. Facilitate the development, prioritization, and execution of a multi-year expense and capital investment plan for the portfolio.
  9. Maintain regulatory and legislative compliance and ensure that the facility management teams deliver services within all company and real estate policies, processes, and contract terms.
  10. Ensure continuous operations of all critical infrastructure and develop contingency plans, including emergency response and disaster recovery plans.
  11. Coordinate with Finance, Procurement, and Contracts COE for purchase orders, invoice approvals, and change orders for all investment requirements.
  12. Manage vendors to ensure the successful delivery of amenity programs and food services.
  13. Review and implement recommendations from loss prevention insurance partners.
  14. Manage utility bill payments with relevant documentation, adhering to client requirements and procedures.
Required education

Bachelor's Degree

Required technical and professional expertise
  1. Facility Management experience and demonstrated skills.
  2. Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  3. Financial Analysis and Controls.
  4. Strategic analysis and planning for major building upgrades, relocations, and rearrangements.
  5. Environmental, Health, and Safety regulation awareness.
  6. Technical leadership in managing engineering consultants, project managers, trades, and service providers.
  7. Strong influence and communication skills, with a focus on fact-based analysis.
  8. Teamwork skills and capabilities.
Preferred technical and professional experience
  1. Skills to diagnose issues, recommend, and lead solution deployment.
  2. Ability to recognize process shortfalls and improve efficiencies by engaging stakeholders.
