We have 50+ products and that list is continuing to grow. Two Barrels depends on its product group to keep those products on track. Our product team is made up of inspired individuals who care about the customer and aren’t afraid of the journey to impact said customer. As a product manager, you will be responsible for leading the creation of the product vision, statements, tenants, strategy, tactics, benchmarks, KPIs, and goals for the product(s). Up to $140,000 / Year

Responsibilities:
  • Communicate fundamental product frameworks and demonstrate eagerness to take action.
  • Take products from conception to launch, delivering high-quality products on time and within budget.
  • Manage products at different stages of maturity, prioritizing to maximize impact within resource constraints.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for your product within the team.
  • Collaborate daily with product team members and adjacent teams like UX, Engineering, Customer Service, and Marketing.
  • Communicate with stakeholders, present progress and setbacks.
  • Provide wisdom on processes, tactics, and relationship management.
  • Identify emerging trends and technologies to create innovative products.
  • Take ownership of achieving OKRs.
  • Conduct competitive analysis.
  • Optimize product development processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience leading a product in a development environment.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and owning products from start to finish.
  • Experience managing multiple products/projects simultaneously with effective prioritization.
  • Experience with market analysis, pricing, and business justification.
  • Experience defining and executing product roadmaps.
  • Ability to navigate and manage unexpected challenges in product development.
  • Experience leading user feedback loops.
  • Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.
  • Data-driven decision-making skills with the ability to measure and analyze key metrics.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience implementing automation in existing products.
  • Experience with record-keeping products.
  • Ability to set measurable goals and deliver against forecasts.
  • Experience mentoring team members and resolving conflicts.
  • Experience in the corporate compliance industry and understanding of the market.
  • Experience using A/B testing to improve product performance.
