Qualifications

• 8+ years in operations, supply chain, digital systems, or product ownership.
• Strong understanding of retail agronomy operations and custom application workflows.
• Experience with OEM field systems like John Deere Operations Center, AGCO, or Case IH.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for OEM field operations systems.
• Define standards, governance, and best practices for system usage across operations.
• Prioritize enhancements based on value, impact, and feedback from the field.
• Lead pilots and enterprise system rollouts with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with IT and Digital teams on data integration and issue resolution.
