Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in operations, supply chain, digital systems, or product ownership.
• Strong understanding of retail agronomy operations and custom application workflows.
• Experience with OEM field systems such as John Deere Operations Center, AGCO, or Case IH.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence without direct authority.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own downstream operations systems and governance, ensuring uptime and standardized usage.
• Define and maintain standards, governance, and best practices for system usage across retail and custom operations.
• Prioritize enhancements based on business value, operational impact, and field feedback.
• Coordinate with OEM partners and IT for integrations, releases, and issue resolution.
• Enable seamless data transfer between OEM systems and internal platforms.
