Job summary

Nutrien seeks a Downstream Operations Systems Manager to own the vision, roadmap, and backlog for OEM field operations systems across hybrid roles in Loveland, CO and Deerfield, IL. You will align IT, operations, and field teams to deliver scalable, data-driven improvements in work orders, telematics, and routing.

You will collaborate with John Deere, AGCO, and Case IH and drive adoption through governance, best practices, and change management across multiple regions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in operations, supply chain, digital systems, or product ownership.
• Strong understanding of retail agronomy operations and custom application workflows.
• Experience with OEM field systems such as John Deere Operations Center, AGCO, or Case IH platforms.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence without authority.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for OEM field operations systems.
• Define standards, governance, and best practices for system usage across retail and custom operations.
• Prioritize enhancements based on business value, impact, and feedback.
• Ensure systems support scalable growth, data integrity, and consistency.
• Enable integration between OEM systems and internal platforms.
• Serve as liaison with OEM partners (John Deere, AGCO, Case IH).
• Drive adoption and cross-functional collaboration across teams.
