AGCO Corporation seeks a Senior Manager, Application Systems to lead engineering teams delivering application systems within Crop Care platforms. You will define strategy, align with roadmaps, and ensure high-quality delivery across subsystems.

You will oversee large programs, drive architectural decisions, and collaborate with product, manufacturing, and quality teams to achieve business goals. This onsite role supports collaboration with a hybrid work pattern.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Systems, or related).
• Experience in agriculture equipment, off-highway, or mobile machinery systems.
• Experience leading global or multi-site engineering teams.
• Significant leadership experience within product or systems development.
• Proven ability to influence technical strategy and organizational direction.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the engineering strategy for application systems, including liquid, dry, and chassis systems.
• Lead development of system architectures, technology selection, and platform scalability.
• Ensure delivery of reliable, high-quality application systems meeting performance and regulatory requirements.
• Drive innovation within application systems and product enhancements.
• Oversee large-scale engineering programs with cross-functional teams and budget responsibilities.
