Job summary

Encore Technologies LLC is seeking an Enterprise Networking Solutions Architect to lead pre-sales efforts and design enterprise networks. You will collaborate with account managers to capture client requirements and craft high‑impact wired and wireless solutions across Cisco, Aruba, Juniper, Arista, and Fortinet platforms.

The role focuses on discovery, architecture development, and solution justification for large customers, covering core/edge switching, campus and data center fabrics, SD-WAN,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military experience is required.
• 5+ years as Enterprise Architect or similar role, preferably in a VAR.
• 2+ years developing proposals and statements of work.
• Expertise in enterprise LAN/WAN/WLAN technologies and routing/switching.
• Familiarity with Aruba, Juniper, Arista, and Fortinet platforms.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Managers to understand client requirements and recommend wired and wireless network solutions.
• Conduct technical discovery sessions and evaluate existing infrastructure to identify gaps.
• Design enterprise network architectures including core/edge switching and SD-WAN.
• Develop pre-sales deliverables such as HLDs, BOMs, SOWs, and executive presentations.
• Deliver demos and briefings to articulate solution value and design rationale.
• Maintain relationships with client decision-makers and vendor teams.
• Track industry trends to provide strategic guidance and support post-sale transition.
