Job summary

Hussmann is seeking a Network Manager to lead the strategy, design, implementation, and operation of our enterprise network infrastructure. You will supervise a team of network architects, engineers, and administrators to ensure secure, reliable, and scalable networking that supports global growth.

You will partner across IT and business units to modernize network services, drive operational excellence, and deliver innovative solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of progressive experience designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise network environments.
• 3+ years of experience leading technical teams.
• Strong expertise in enterprise routing, switching, wireless networking, SD-WAN, and network security.
• Experience supporting large-scale enterprise network environments.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, operation, and continuous improvement of the enterprise network infrastructure.
• Ensure availability, performance, scalability, and security of LAN, SD-WAN, wireless, routing, switching, VPN, firewall, and cloud networking environments.
• Oversee network architecture, lifecycle management, upgrades, and modernization initiatives.
• Lead major incident response and drive continuous improvements in network reliability and performance.
• Partner with Information Security to maintain a secure enterprise network architecture.
• Oversee firewalls, secure remote access, network segmentation, NAC, and vulnerability remediation.
• Develop and manage network operating and capital budgets; manage vendor relationships, licenses, contracts, and hardware lifecycle.
