Job summary

Epic is seeking a network engineer to install, configure, and support our campus and cloud networks. You will evaluate technology and influence changes in Epic's internal infrastructure.

You will design and troubleshoot WAN connectivity, configure firewall rules, and leverage Terraform and Ansible for deployments, in a small collaborative team. Relocation to Madison, WI is reimbursed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Experience with switches, routers, access points, and related gear.
• CCNA/CCNP certification is helpful but not mandatory.
• Relocation to Madison, WI is reimbursed.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and support campus and cloud networks.
• Evaluate technology and influence changes to Epic's infrastructure.
• Configure firewall rules and design WAN connectivity.
• Leverage Terraform and Ansible for deployments infrastructure as code.
• Collaborate in a small team to keep Epic's network running for healthcare customers.
