Job summary

Menard, Inc Career Center is seeking a Network System Administrator to join the Network Core & Security team. This role involves day-to-day administration of Menards' enterprise network infrastructure, focusing on maintenance, support, and enhancement of critical systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintaining performance and maximizing system uptime.
• Ability to work in a secure, mission-critical production-computing environment.
• Familiarity with network monitoring and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Participate in day-to-day maintenance of Menard’s Data Center systems.
• Work with management to design complex communication and security solutions.
• Analyze systems to improve utilization, capacity, and performance.
