Mosaic Health is seeking an AVP, Network Contracting to shape enterprise contracting strategy and reimbursement models across markets. You will collaborate with executive leadership to guide network access investments and ensure governance across the contracting function.

You will lead multiple teams, drive value-based contracting initiatives, and provide strategic input on market dynamics and regulatory trends to advance the organization’s contracting objectives.

Qualifications

• Master's degree typical; bachelor's degree required; 10+ years in network contracting with leadership.
• Experience leading enterprise network contracting at scale with reimbursement strategy accountability.
• Ability to influence executive strategy and drive contracting transformation across multi-market groups.
• Expertise in provider reimbursement, value-based contracting, network adequacy, and financial modeling.
• Familiarity with Medicare Advantage, Medicaid managed care, and commercial contracting.

Responsibilities

• Set enterprise network contracting strategy — including reimbursement philosophy and value-based contracting direction.
• Lead and develop the enterprise network contracting organization across market segments.
• Drive network transformation with alignment on reimbursement model evolution and provider partnership strategy.
• Serve as principal adviser to executive leadership on network economics and market dynamics.
• Establish contracting intelligence practices including benchmarking, analytics, and cost trend forecasting.
• Ensure governance and consistency across contracting practices, compliance standards, and financial accountability.
• Track regulatory changes and value-based care developments to advance contracting strategy.
