Salary Range: Up to $66,000/Annualized,commensurate with education, experience, and qualifications.

Job Summary
The Enterprise Network Analyst is responsible for installing,testing, administering, and documenting enterprise data center,network and VoIP hardware, software, shared components, andnetworking protocols. This role ensures reliable and securedata centers, network and VoIP operationsacross theenterprise, with a focus on system installation, configuration,performance tuning, and problem resolution.
Core Responsibilities
- Manages, tests, and provides support for data centers, networkand VoIP hardware, technologies, and applications. Documentsprocesses and procedures and propose improvements.
- Installs and supports enterprise-wide data centers, network andVoIP components, technologies and related infrastructure, PDUs,UPSs, VoIP, Wireless, WAN, LAN, VPN, IP addressing.
- Implements security for data centers, network and VoIPprotection and client access.
- Analyzes data center, network and VoIP requirements fromfunctional specifications.
- Maintains hardware and software documentation standards forenterprise data centers, network and VoIP environment.
- Coordinates required changes to campus data centers, networkand VoIP infrastructure..
- Schedules and performs installation, upgrades and maintainsthem in accordance with established Information Technology policiesand procedures.
- Monitors and tunes the system to achieve optimum performancelevels.
- Recognizes and troubleshoots problems with data centers,network and VoIP hardware and software.
- Ensures data or media recoverability by implementing a scheduleof system backups.
- Supports media management through internal methods andprocedures and through offsite storage and retrieval services.
- Conducts routine hardware and software audits of servers toensure compliance with established standards, policies, andconfiguration guidelines.
- Develops and maintains a comprehensive operating systemhardware and software configuration database or library of allsupporting documentation.
- Assists with special projects as needed.
- Knowledge of all Microsoft Office software and able to learnand use institutional software systems.
- Complies with all State and University policies.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
- One (1) year of related work experience.
- This position may require the ability to maintain the securityand integrity of UT San Antonio and its infrastructure per TexasEO-GA-48.

Working Conditions
- Office and Data Processing Environment. Occasionalexposure to extreme cold and risk of electrical shock.Occasional evening and weekend work. Occasional travelto and from meetings, training sessions, or multipleuniversity-owned campuses and leased spaces.

This position will work primarily on campus. Travel and parking expenses are the employee's responsibility.
