ComResource, Inc. in Columbus, OH is seeking an experienced Senior Microsoft 365 Administrator to own the tenant, oversee Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Entra ID, and Intune in a hybrid environment.

You will partner with IT Security, Application Services, data platforms, and an external MSP to ensure secure, compliant, and high-performing collaboration aligned to business roadmaps.

Formación

• 5+ years hands-on admin experience with Microsoft 365 at enterprise scope.
• Microsoft 365 certification such as Enterprise Administrator Expert or equivalent preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Own configuration, monitoring, and optimization of Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online/OneDrive, Teams, Entra ID, Intune).
• Maintain platform health with proactive monitoring, issue resolution, and Microsoft Support coordination.
• Manage licensing, capacity planning, and feature enablement for organizational needs.
• Administer identity and access management including MFA, Conditional Access, and SSO.
• Maintain secure hybrid identity integrations and auditable records of access and changes.
• Implement and enforce security/compliance controls (DLP, email security, device compliance, Purview).
• Collaborate with Information Security to align configurations with Zero Trust and CIS benchmarks.
• Define operating model with MSP, including ITIL change management and L1/2 support.
• Serve as escalation point and vendor liaison for Microsoft 365 issues and MSP SLAs.
• Lead roadmap initiatives (Purview governance, Fabric, Syntex, Copilot) and tenant migrations.
• Support intranet migration to SharePoint Online with strong information architecture and user adoption.
