Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a Technology Executive to lead Microsoft 365 Operations and related collaboration services. The role includes strategic direction, operational excellence, reliability, and security while guiding a 200+ member team to deliver enterprise-grade productivity platforms.

You will collaborate with risk, compliance, finance, HR, legal, facilities, and business leadership to align initiatives with business outcomes and drive continuous improvement in modern work solutions.

Qualifications

10+ years of progressive technology leadership experience.
Experience leading Microsoft 365, unified communications, or enterprise productivity platforms.
Strong IT service management, incident/problem/change management, and service reporting.
Experience managing telecom operations, voice routing, and collaboration device ecosystems.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders.
Excellent executive communication skills translating technical complexity into business impact.
Experience engaging with security, compliance, legal, procurement, and facilities teams.

Responsibilities

Builds and leads teams with financial planning for workforce strategy and hiring.
Facilitates performance reviews and career development.
Manages production delivery, app health, resiliency, security, and data standards.
Leads stakeholder relationships and communities of practice.
Contributes to the technology strategy for their domain.
Ensures inclusive, healthy work environment and removes blockers.
Ensures execution aligns with product strategy with product management.
