Highmark Health is offering the Summer 2027 Enterprise Master Data Management (MDM) Analyst Graduate Internship to develop the next generation of data and business professionals within a leading healthcare organization.

Interns will work with data management professionals, stakeholders, and technology partners on projects involving critical datasets such as Prospects, Leads, Healthcare Practitioners, and Healthcare Organizations, gaining exposure to governance, analytics, and cloud-based data

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree required.
Pursuing a graduate degree (full or part-time) in an accredited college or university.

Communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders in planning assignments and resolving day-to-day problems.
Under supervision, provide professional services aligned with day-to-day objectives and receive mentorship from senior personnel.
Undertake and participate in projects and programs to develop professional skills and expertise.
Participate in planning and implementation of unit projects within area of expertise.
Conduct research and reporting with recommendations or alternatives for action as requested by management.
Undertake related studies or enrichment programs as appropriate to the objectives of the operating unit.
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
