Job summary

Highmark Health is offering a Summer 2027 Enterprise Master Data Management (MDM) Analyst Graduate Internship designed to develop the next generation of data and business professionals. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and profile enterprise datasets to support data quality.
• Evaluate data quality dimensions and identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to support data management policies and governance.
• Develop reports and recommendations for data governance and master data initiatives.
• Participate in strategic data governance and master data initiatives to strengthen data assets.
