Job summary

Highmark Health offers the Summer 2027 Enterprise Master Data Management (MDM) Analyst Graduate Internship to develop the next generation of data professionals within a leading healthcare organization.

Interns will engage with data management, governance, cloud data platforms, and enterprise datasets such as Prospects, Leads, and Healthcare Organizations, gaining exposure to analytics, BI, and architecture across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Pursuance of a graduate degree full or part-time in an accredited college or university.
• Preferred: Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Health Informatics, Healthcare Administration, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
• Under supervision, provide professional services to day-to-day operating objectives.
• Undertake and/or participate in projects and programs designed to develop professional skills and expertise.
• Participate in planning and implementation of unit projects and initiatives within area of expertise.
• As requested by management, conduct research and reporting including recommendations or alternatives.
• Undertake related studies or enrichment programs and perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
