Highmark Health offers a Summer 2027 Enterprise Master Data Management (MDM) Analyst Graduate Internship designed to give students hands-on experience across enterprise data management, data quality, and governance within a leading healthcare organization.

As part of the EMDM team, you will work with data professionals and stakeholders to support projects involving core datasets, profiling data quality, and contributing to governance initiatives while leveraging cloud-based platforms.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or pursuing graduate degree in a related field.
• Graduate-level coursework in data management, analytics, or health informatics.
• Experience with data analysis, data governance, or information management is a plus.

• Analyze and profile enterprise datasets to assess data quality.
• Evaluate data quality dimensions and identify improvement opportunities.
