Job summary

As a Solution Architect in Professional Services, you will be the technical lead on MDM design, ensuring quality and efficiency of customer, partner, and internal implementations.

You will oversee solution designs, design agent workflows, and contribute to tooling and playbooks, while managing multiple engagements and maintaining strong

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience delivering moderate to complex technology solutions.
• 2 years with MDM platforms and 2 MDM implementations.
• Experience deploying and operationalizing LLM- or agentic systems.
• Knowledge of SaaS, cloud delivery, and other SaaS platforms/solutions.
• Certifications in Java, Scrum/Agile methodology, cloud provider certifications.

Responsibilities

• Oversees architectural designs of Reltio MDM solution designs, ensuring alignment with standards and client requirements.
• Designs robust agentic workflows using Reltio’s Agent Flow platform.
• Contributes to internal Agentic tooling, playbooks, and best-practice documentation and framework.
• Manages and takes responsibility for Reltio deliverables in Professional Services.
• Supports multiple customer projects with onshore & offshore team members.
• Develops repeatable assets such as methodologies and templates for PS practice.
