Responsibilities

• Design robust agentic workflows using Agent Flow that integrate with core systems.
• Contribute to internal tooling, playbooks, and best-practice documentation.
• Oversees design and delivery of the MDM solution for customers and partners.
• Coordinate with Product Management, Engineering, DevOps, and Customer Success.
