Job summary

Reltio is seeking a Manager, MDM Operations & Product Management to lead a dual-track role spanning platform/IDE delivery and internal MDM operations. You will own roadmaps, drive practitioner-friendly requirements, and guide a small team to accelerate time-to-value for customer deployments.

You will manage the internal Reltio deployment as a strategic data asset, improve data unification, expand master data coverage, and enable AI agents to consume trusted data.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with the Reltio platform, including configuration, matching and survivorship rules, data pipelines, Reltio IDE, and API behavior.
• Product management experience with owning a roadmap, writing requirements, and delivering software.
• Background in SaaS implementation or professional services delivering complex data or MDM solutions.
• Experience operating a production MDM environment with governance and data quality.
• Strong technical fluency to read/write configuration JSON and prototype tooling.
• Familiarity with agentic AI patterns and API-driven data access is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to lead small teams and develop talent.
• Excellent written communication for PRDs, runbooks, and documentation.
• Comfortable operating with ambiguity and building structure where none exists.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive a roadmap of platform capabilities and IDE features to reduce time-to-value for implementations.
• Translate friction from delivery into clearly scoped product requirements and user stories.
• Collaborate with Engineering to deliver capabilities that shorten implementation cycles.
• Build a library of implementation accelerators grounded in real deployments.
• Define success metrics and track adoption and impact post-launch.
• Represent the practitioner perspective in planning and roadmap reviews.
• Lead a team of 2–4 analysts and specialists across internal MDM operations and product workstreams.
• Balance hands-on work with coaching and prioritization for the team.
• Partner with Product Management leadership to align investments across delivery and operations.
