Job summary

Reltio, Inc. is seeking a Manager, MDM Operations & Product Management to lead both product delivery and our internal Reltio deployment.

You will drive a roadmap to reduce time-to-value and guide a small team of analysts and specialists across internal operations and product workstreams. You will own data unification initiatives, expand master data coverage, and enable agentic access to master data for internal tools, while shaping governance standards and driving measurable platform

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with the Reltio platform including entity configuration and matching rules.
• Product management experience with roadmaps, requirements, and post-launch measurement.
• SaaS implementation or professional services experience delivering data or MDM solutions.
• Experience operating a production MDM environment with data quality governance.

Responsibilities

• Own a roadmap for platform and IDE capabilities to reduce implementation time.
• Translate friction into clear product requirements and user stories.
• Collaborate with Engineering to deliver high-impact capabilities.
• Operate Reltio on Reltio internal deployment and improve data unification.
• Lead a 2–4 person team of analysts and specialists.
