Job summary

UniCourt seeks a strategic Integrated Marketing Director to lead demand generation for Enterprise Law Firms and Insurance organizations. You will drive qualified leads, build pipeline, and partner across Marketing, Sales, and Product Marketing to translate strategy into measurable business results.

The role requires hands-on leadership, deep experience in enterprise marketing, and the ability to scale programs in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, or integrated marketing.
• Experience marketing to enterprise-level organizations, preferably SaaS or legal tech.
• Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles, lead generation, and attribution.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
• Proven ability to develop and execute multichannel campaigns that generate qualified leads.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated demand generation programs to generate qualified leads and pipeline.
• Plan multichannel marketing campaigns across email, webinars, content syndication, partnerships, and events.
• Coordinate with Product Marketing for messaging, audiences, content, and distribution.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Revenue teams to align activities with sales priorities.
• Measure, analyze, and optimize campaign performance with KPIs and ROI.
