Qualifikationen

• Preferred GPA 3.0 or above; rising seniors or graduate students in marketing, psychology, sociology, business, finance, or related field.
• Must be pursuing or have obtained a bachelor’s or master’s degree.

Aufgaben

• Assist in maintenance of experience management platform workflows and automated processes.
• Support cleanup and modernization of technical infrastructure supporting feedback programs.
• Contribute to the technical implementation of digital feedback listening posts.
• Design and build a repeatable reporting process for digital experience listening statistics.
• Engage with enterprise-wide business partners to navigate stakeholder relationships and deliver solutions.
