Job summary

Insight Global in Chicago is seeking a proactive Junior Project Manager to support a senior Acquisition Lead on a large-scale enterprise integration. You will help plan and execute technology integration activities across the acquisition lifecycle, coordinating with acquisition leads, program managers, vendors, and business stakeholders.

The role emphasizes strong communication, organization, and the ability to bring structure to fast-moving programs.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in Project Management, PMO, Consulting, Technology Delivery, or Business Transformation.
Experience supporting large, cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
Strong organizational and follow-up skills with ability to track milestones and deliverables.
Experience building reporting, dashboards, presentations, and executive updates.
Proficiency with Jira, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Azure DevOps or similar tools.

Responsibilities

Support planning and execution of technology integration activities across the acquisition lifecycle.
Collaborate with Acquisition Leads, Program Managers, vendors, and stakeholders to maintain structure and accountability.
Facilitate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder communications.
Prepare reports and updates for executive leadership.
