Job summary

Karman Space & Defense seeks an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead the day‑to‑day execution of the M&A integration portfolio. You will partner with Finance, HR, Legal, Engineering, IT and site leadership to drive alignment, governance, and risk management across multiple acquisitions.

The role requires 8+ years in program management and a proven ability to lead cross-functional programs without direct authority. Equal opportunity employer; on-site in Mukilteo, WA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, IT, engineering, operations, or finance.
• 8+ years in program management, M&A integration, or enterprise transformation.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional programs across multiple sites and executives.
• Experience with post-merger integration, entity restructuring, or large-scale transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise M&A integration across acquisitions, entities, and workstreams.
• Translate strategy into integrated program plans with milestones and readiness criteria.
• Coordinate integration across functions, IT, site leadership, vendors, and advisors.
• Maintain plans covering diligence, Day 1, stabilization, and transition to steady-state operations.
• Manage governance, RAID logs, dependencies, and executive reporting.
• Drive accountability with clear deliverables, dates, and resource needs.
• Identify risks and mitigation plans with functional leaders.
• Support due diligence with functional assessments and executable plans.
• Lead Day 1 readiness and operational onboarding across people, process, technology.
