Job summary

England Logistics is seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to drive growth in our Supply Chain Management division. You will identify, engage, and secure new Fortune 500 customers with $1M+ FUM, acting as a trusted advisor to optimize cost, service, and efficiency.

You will own the full customer lifecycle—from prospecting to renewal—and build relationships that expand across business units and geographies, while leading complex negotiations and pricing strategies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of enterprise sales or account management in logistics or 3PL.
• Experience selling complex solutions to mid-market or enterprise customers.
• Experience leading executive-level customer conversations.
• Strong commercial negotiation experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a strategic pipeline to acquire new managed transportation customers.
• Lead pricing, contract negotiations, and commercial discussions.
• Own the customer lifecycle—from prospecting through renewal.
• Develop strategies to expand services across units, locations, transportation modes, and geographies.
• Collaborate with Load Planning Operations, Carrier Procurement, Supply Chain Engineering/IT, and Finance.
