• Strong expertise in learning strategy and design; deep understanding of how adults build skills and change behavior.
• Excellent consulting skills with credibility to work with senior leaders on capability needs.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead SoFi's enterprise L&D capability.
• Define enterprise learning strategy and build a lean, agile team to deliver it.
• Lead learning strategy for enterprise initiatives with SMEs to drive understanding and behavior change.
• Shape the Workday Learning strategy and broader learning ecosystem, standards, tools and practices.
