Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Operations, or related field required; MBA preferred.
• Proven success leading CI or Lean transformation within multi-site, global manufacturing environments.
• Strong communicator with the ability to build vision, influence stakeholders, and lead enterprise-wide change.
• Demonstrated experience developing CI toolsets, performance systems, leader capability and creates pull for the team in the field because the team delivers value to the field.
• Expertise in leading/delivering superior results in a PE business turnaround environment.
• Experience leading large-scale operational excellence across the enterprise (all functions) that improved EBITDA and KPIs year over year.
• Built and deployed MOS across the enterprise; passed Lean Six Sigma Black Belt; pursuing certification.
• Has built productive pipelines, kaizen roadmaps and coached teams to deliver sustained improvements.
• Extensive experience deploying TPS and Danaher MOS; validated projects with finance and P&L impact.
• Willingness to travel up to 70%.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide CI projects and kaizens with measurable financial results.
• Develop MOS for the business using TPS and Danaher metrics/practices.
• Act as a change agent in turnaround environments.
• Apply Lean toolkit; contribute Black Belt expertise; coach others.
• Build a robust CI project pipeline and sustain pipeline fidelity.
• Coach and train teams to sustain results and share best practices.
• Standardize CI tools and processes to reduce variation and improve performance.
• Support Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Commercial to meet goals.
• Champion an inclusive, high-engagement culture focused on problem solving.
• Develop leadership capability and succession pipelines across levels.
