Job summary

MITER Brands, a leading residential window and door manufacturer, seeks a Continuous Improvement Manager in Flower Mound, TX. You will lead Lean, TPM, and data-driven initiatives to eliminate losses, improve OEE, and drive cross‑functional performance improvements across Operations, Maintenance, Quality, Safety, and Supply Chain.

You will champion continuous improvement, develop strategy, mentor a CI team, and deploy digital tools like RHEO to deliver measurable results and sustainable culture

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, Business, or related field strongly preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Minimum 3 years leading Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing, TPM, or Operational Excellence initiatives.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt required; Black Belt strongly preferred.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and organizational change initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the site's Continuous Improvement strategy and annual roadmap.
• Lead Kaizen events, focused improvement activities, and loss elimination initiatives.
• Drive implementation and sustainability of Lean Manufacturing tools and methodologies.
• Develop and deploy Standard Work, Visual Management, 5S, Value Stream Mapping, and A3 Problem Solving processes.
• Facilitate cross-functional improvement projects aligned with business objectives.
• Promote a culture where continuous improvement becomes part of daily management practices.
• Establish systems that ensure improvements are sustained and continuously improved.
• Serve as the site owner and champion of the RHEO platform.
• Drive adoption and utilization of RHEO across Operations, Quality, Safety, Maintenance, Training, and Continuous Improvement functions.
