Job summary

Air Distribution Technologies Inc. seeks a seasoned leader to drive enterprise-wide Continuous Improvement in a fast-paced PE environment. You will coach, mentor, and deploy Lean, Kaizen and data-driven methods to deliver tangible EBITDA improvements.

You will build MOS-based processes, standard work, and KPI discipline across functions while developing a high-caliber CI talent bench and a culture of problem solving and engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Operations, or related field.
• Proven success leading CI or Lean transformation within multi-site, global manufacturing environments.
• Strong communicator with ability to influence stakeholders and lead enterprise-wide change.
• Experience developing CI toolsets, performance systems, leader capability and creates pull for the team in the field because the team delivers value to the field.
• Expertise in leading/delivering superior results in a PE business turnaround environment.
• Experience leading large-scale operational excellence across the enterprise (all functions) that improved EBITDA and KPI’s.
• Passed lean-six sigma black belt exam and pursuing certification.
• Ability to travel up to 70%.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide CI projects and kaizens with financially validated results.
• Develop MOS and standardized metrics across the enterprise using TPS and DSN practices.
• Act as a servant leader and coach to build CI capability at all levels.
• Coach teams on sustaining improvements and sharing best practices.
• Ensure consistent CI tool usage and standard work to reduce variation and improve performance.
• Support Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Commercial leaders to meet cost, quality, and manufacturability goals.
