Job summary

The Senior Director, Learning & Development at NVA General Practice leads the non-clinical L&D function across 1,300+ sites to translate business strategy into leadership and team development, learning operations, and scalable programs.

You will shape a portfolio, define governance, and partner with executives and field leaders to drive measurable outcomes, leveraging AI and technology to improve learner access, experience, and impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, HR, OD, or related field.
• Master’s degree in Education, OD or related field preferred.
• Experience advising and influencing senior executives and cross-functional leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise (non-clinical) L&D strategy, roadmap, governance, and investment priorities.
• Shape and steward the enterprise learning portfolio with clear priorities and standards.
• Build leadership development architecture across leaders and high-potential populations.
• Establish scalable manager development for new and promoted people managers.
• Partner with Talent & Organizational Effectiveness to translate talent reviews into actions.
