Job summary

CACI International Inc is seeking a Knowledge Manager to coordinate enterprise knowledge systems and data management at the compartmented level in support of USSOCOM/JTF missions. You will partner with operational and staff elements to implement data solutions, governance, and modern collaboration tools across SharePoint and Power Platform.

You will lead site administration, develop analytics dashboards, and drive automated workflows while ensuring compliance with DoD and federal standards.

Qualifications

• Current TS/SCI clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years specialized experience, OR associate with 7+ years, OR professional certification with 7+ years, OR 11 years experience in lieu of degree.
• Minimum of three years of dedicated knowledge management and data management experience.
• Expert-level knowledge of SharePoint (On-Premises and Online).
• Experience developing custom applications and dashboards using Power Apps and Power BI.
• Experience creating automated workflows using Power Automate and SharePoint workflows.
• Experience coordinating data warehousing with enterprise data architecture principles.
• Strong analytical and communication skills to translate complex technical processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive data management and governance support.
• Oversee knowledge system tools (SharePoint On-Premises/Online) and collaboration platforms.
• Serve as SME for Microsoft 365 and Power Platform to deliver automated workflows and dashboards.
• Analyze business needs and recommend optimal technical solutions.
• Perform SharePoint Site Collection Administration with scalable hierarchies and access controls.
• Design and execute functional file plans meeting DoD/NARA standards.
• Lead data migration and cleansing of legacy file shares with reconciliation reports.
• Assist in deployment and enhancement of enterprise Records Management programs.
• Define, test, and audit access privileges and information controls per standards.
• Provide Tier 1 support and create training materials.
