Job summary

Everpure is seeking a Senior Knowledge Program Manager to lead the enterprise Knowledge-Centered Success (KCS) program across global support and customer-facing teams. You will design strategy, scale governance, and drive initiatives that improve content quality, self-service, and customer experience.

You will coach knowledge domain experts, manage cross-functional roadmaps, and deliver dashboards and executive reporting.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in a technical support and/or customer support organization
• 8+ years in a knowledge management position
• KCS v6 certification required; KCS Trainer/Coach and PMP preferred
• Proven enterprise KCS program leadership and change management expertise

Responsibilities

• Drive Enterprise KCS Strategy & Evolution across global teams to improve content quality and self-service resolution
• Lead Cross-Functional Program Execution with multi-project roadmaps from intake to launch
• Establish Governance & Data-Driven Insights with dashboards and executive reporting
• Champion Change Management & Enablement through training and coaching Knowledge Domain Experts
