Job summary

Synopsys Inc is seeking an experienced IT Program Manager to own end-to-end delivery of large, multi-workstream enterprise programs across the CIO organization. You will translate strategic CIO priorities into executable roadmaps, milestones, dependency maps, and measurable outcomes that delivery teams can act on.

You will establish governance, manage risks and financials, and drive cross-functional collaboration among Architecture, Infrastructure, Security, Business, and Product teams to enable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; PMP or equivalent certification strongly preferred.
• 10+ years managing enterprise IT programs with experience across digital platforms, infrastructure, cloud, and security.
• Experience defining and tracking OKRs, success metrics, and value realization for enterprise initiatives.
