Job summary

Golden Star Technology (GST) in Cerritos, CA, seeks an experienced Systems Integration Technician to configure, integrate, troubleshoot, test, repair, and deploy enterprise IT hardware across data centers and office environments.

The role covers server builds, rack integration, imaging, asset management, and break-fix support, coordinating with major OEMs such as HP, Dell, Lenovo, and Cisco to ensure reliable deployments and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in enterprise hardware support, deployment, repair, or data center ops.
• Experience with server rack integration, hardware staging, and deployments.
• Strong knowledge of server hardware, storage, networking, and workstations.
• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office; strong documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, upgrade, and maintain enterprise IT hardware.
• Perform server builds, hardware installations, upgrades, and configurations per specs.
• Install/configure CPUs, memory, SSDs/HDDs, RAID, NICs, GPUs, power supplies.
• Perform rack integration, cable management, hardware staging, imaging, and deployment.
• Configure, test, validate, and document integrated technology solutions.
