Job summary

Golden Star Technology (GST) seeks an Integration Technician in Cerritos, CA to configure, integrate, troubleshoot, test, repair, and deploy enterprise IT hardware. You will work with servers, storage, workstations, and networking gear, supporting data center and deployment projects.

The ideal candidate has hands-on server builds, rack integration, hardware installation, asset management, and break-fix experience in enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in enterprise hardware support, deployments, or data center operations.
• Experience with HP, Dell, Lenovo, Cisco, Intel, Supermicro or similar platforms.
• Server rack integration, hardware staging, cable management, and deployments.
• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office; strong documentation skills.
• Valid California Driver's License and ability to lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, upgrade, and maintain enterprise IT hardware.
• Perform server builds, hardware installations and configurations.
• Install CPUs, memory, SSDs/HDDs, RAID, NICs, GPUs, and power supplies.
• Rack integration, cable management, hardware staging, imaging, deployment.
• Document configurations, testing results, repairs, inventory transactions, deployments.
• Support data center projects including equipment installation and migrations.
• Collaborate with engineers, project managers, OEM partners, and technical teams.
• Follow ESD procedures, safety requirements, quality standards, and industry best practices.
