Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical discipline.
• Bachelor's degree may substitute for 1 year of specialized and 2 years of general experience.
• At least two years of experience in a computer-related field.
• At least 1 year administering multi-user, shared-processor systems and data communications networks.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and coordinate system operations including availability, performance, security procedures, and end-user support.
• Administer and maintain Windows Server environments, VMware, and SCCM.
• Perform monitoring, patch management, software deployment, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Manage Cisco-based enterprise network infrastructure including switching, routing, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs, wired and wireless networks.
• Ensure backups are performed with proper storage, retention, and rotation.
