Job summary

RealmOne, based in Columbia, MD, seeks an Enterprise Infrastructure Support Systems Administrator to deliver system administration, topology design, and capacity planning for government projects. You will join a team supporting Linux, Unix, Windows environments and virtualized servers through VMware.

Requires five years' SA experience, DoD IAM Level I+ certification, and education in a technical field. The role involves impact analysis, documentation, and hardware/funding planning to meet

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university.
• Five (5) years' experience as a SA in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity is required. Five (5) years of additional SA experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.
• Must have at least one (1) year of demonstrated experience in Modern operating systems and network architectures.
• Must have at least one (1) year of demonstrated experience in certification and accreditation, architecture development and design, Risk Assessments and IA Metrics gathering.
• DoD 8570 compliance with Information Assurance Management (IAM) Level I or higher is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide system administration solutions to meet required capabilities.
• Create bills of materials, network designs and diagrams, and other documentation for new and updated installations.
• Work with network, storage, and server personnel to define new or modified solutions to complex problems.
• Respond to requests for new systems to meet capacity and user requirements.
• Determine required power, space, cooling, and funding to meet these goals.
