Qualifications

• 5+ years of supervisory experience with multiple direct reports.
• Strong leadership and collaboration across IT and business units.
• Proactively communicates with all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Perform employee hiring, termination, and counseling activities when required.
• Establish coaching, mentoring, and training opportunities for staff.
• Work with employees to promote a productive working environment.
• Identify and improve gaps in the infrastructure service portfolio.
• Prepare an annual operational plan and ensure alignment with strategy.
• Prepare, defend, and manage annual budgets and expenditures.
• Collaborate with IT teams and lab management to implement standards.
• Support enterprise projects and governance committees.
• Provide technical direction and evaluate new technologies.
