Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

Guide development teams and product management on the use of agile practices; act as an agent of change to expand Scrum throughout the organization.
Empower delivery teams to be self-organized and guide team toward measurable goals.
Facilitate cross-functional communication, improve transparency and radiate project information and metrics.
Coach the team to higher levels of maturity in Scrum practices.
Remove impediments; distinguish internal vs organizational blockers and manage each effectively.
Foster a trusting, safe environment for addressing issues without blame, focus on problem solving.
Support the Product Owner with grooming and maintaining the backlog.
Lead by example with servant leadership; participate in Scrum of Scrums to coordinate interdependencies.
Stay current on industry and Agile best practices.
