Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or Business or 8+ years in IS field with 4+ years in leadership.
• Six years of combined technology/Help Desk experience, including four years of leadership in production/operations support.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the IT Support Center to ensure efficient, prioritized service delivery.
• Oversee complex projects with detailed analysis and resource forecasting within scope, time, and budget.
• Contribute to ITIL processes and drive continuous improvement across DTS and associated groups.
