Zaden Technologies in the Baltimore-Washington area seeks a senior strategic and operational advisor to a Government CIO for a DoD cyber mission customer. You will drive IT strategy, portfolio governance, cloud and data initiatives, and briefing cadence for CIO/CISO leadership.

Applicants must hold a TS/SCI clearance, PMP certification, and have recent experience guiding teams across DoDI 8140 workforce elements. Expect on-site duties in the BWI Maryland region with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required at time of application.
• PMP certification required.
• Leadership experience across DoD/IC environments preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop and align enterprise IT strategic initiatives and roadmaps with mission goals.
• Lead enterprise IT architecture, cloud and data strategies; govern portfolios.
• Oversee cost-benefit analyses for build-vs-buy decisions and resource allocation.
• Brief CIO and CISO on agency-wide actions and compliance.
• Lead teams executing orders from USCYBERCOM or equivalent authorities.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines, multi-cloud migrations, and modern data platforms.
