ASM Research, An Accenture Federal Services Company, is seeking an IT Services Senior Manager to lead IT across infrastructure, cloud, networks, security, and compliance. You will drive service continuity, budgeting, and strategic improvements aligned with business needs.

The role requires a DoD 8140/Security+ or higher clearance, 7–10 years in IT, and 5+ years of leadership. You will mentor staff, oversee projects, and promote best practices in a federal environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT or related field.
• 7–10 years of IT experience.
• 5+ years of IT staff management experience.
• Strong ability to communicate technical topics to varied audiences.
• Advanced knowledge of IT hardware, software, hosted and cloud offerings.
• Experience managing matrix teams and cross-functional collaboration.
• Security clearance with DoD 8140 baseline (Security+ or higher).

Responsabilidades

• Lead IT activities across infrastructure, applications, networks, cloud services, virtualization, databases, backup/recovery, security and compliance.
• Ensure continuity of computer, network, and application services through leadership and planning.
• Align IT services with business processes and customer requirements while promoting best practices.
• Perform technical analysis, estimation, design reviews, and compliance evaluations.
• Forecast costs and prepare budgets for IT projects and operations.
• Recommend and implement upgrades for IT assets and business applications.
• Design and coordinate policies, procedures, and standards to improve service delivery and security.
• Audit systems, assess outcomes, and maintain recovery readiness.
• Identify issues, analyze root causes, and implement improvements.
• Prepare long-range system plans and validate implementations through monitoring and audits.
• Analyze complex business needs and propose scalable technical solutions.
• Lead and mentor assigned staff, including performance reviews and coaching.
