Mayo Clinic is seeking a Program Manager to lead a large-scale Information Security Modernization initiative focused on secure, compliant, and efficient IT delivery. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage dependencies, and apply Agile/SAFe practices to meet strategic goals.

The role requires extensive program management experience, budget awareness, and the ability to communicate complex concepts to management and end users while guiding a portfolio of high-impact projects.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree with 10+ years' experience, OR Bachelor's Degree, and a minimum of 13 years' experience, OR Associates degree and a minimum of 15 years' experience.
• Experience managing projects and programs across complex environments with increasing scope.
• Proficiency in PMI process groups and knowledge areas.”
