Job summary

URAC is seeking a technically savvy IT Service Management professional to support, operate, and maintain enterprise IT systems. You will manage service desk tickets, configure Salesforce and related tools, and ensure data integrity across URAC platforms in a healthcare-focused environment.

You’ll collaborate with leadership to optimize processes, deliver change management, and provide end-user training while maintaining strong communication with stakeholders and vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Experience with Salesforce configuration and integrations is essential.
• Proficiency with Docusign, Salesforce CPQ and related modules is preferred.
• Strong SQL skills and working with SQL databases/servers.
• Knowledge of ITSM processes and ITIL v3 guidance is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication is essential.
• Healthcare industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2/3 support for internal and external users.
• Maintenance and administration of URAC internal systems.
• Collaborate with leadership to optimize URAC software platforms to support strategy.
• Configure and integrate Salesforce and related tools (DocuSign, CPQ).
• Assess changes across integrated systems (Sage Intacct, Salesforce, SharePoint).
• Maintain data integrity and URAC application configurations.
• Contribute to change management processes and project roadmaps.
• Troubleshoot issues, manage tickets, and escalate as needed.
• Provide user training and effective documentation.
